It is not that only alcohol damage your liver.Many foods lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Gorging biryani may lead you to this disease induction resulting in severe liver damage.Along with aerated drink the adverses of this fatty food increase to double.The ghee and red meat adds to the chances of NAFDL induction.

Everything you eat or drink, including medicine, passes through the liver. You cannot survive without liver.When excess of fat is consumed it get deposited in liver cells causing it to die slowly.It means the new cell generation process stops and the old cells start dying.

 

NAFDL is a fast growing lifestyle related disorder and every year 30-35% hike is observed  in number of patients.the symptoms of NAFDL include all symptoms arised due to sedentry lifestyle like abdominal pain,chest pain,fatigue and tiredness.

 

Experts suggest to restrict calorie from 1600-1700 cal/day for a person who do less or no physical activity.To maintain a healthy liver one need to keep check on BMI regularly.

As there is no treatment options available for NAFDL,the right way is to keep check on calorie intake,maintain healthy lifestyle including fresh fruits and whole grains.Regular breathing exercise and brisk walking is advisable to cut the fat deposition from liver cells.
