If you lack on this vitamin you will have cracks at the corners of your mouth, sore throat, skin rashes hypersensitivity to light and a purple tongue. You can eat enriched breads and cereals, and also dairy products, green vegetables, poultry and fish.
All in all you should ideally eat all types of fruits and vegetables, avoid junk foods, and maintain a routine sleeping and waking hour. Finally drink sufficient water to keep your body hydrated.
