Very few people in early-stages of high blood pressure can have symptoms like dull headaches, dizzy spells or nosebleeds. But high blood pressure can do immense harm to the body like it increases the risk of heart disease, kidney disease and stroke. Hence hypertension is also called as the "silent killer."
