Stress is an indication that we need to have a close look at our lives. Continues stress can make you host of various physical and mental problems. We are capable of handling only limited amount of stress therefore it is important to deal with it before it leads to even break down.   • Go with the flow of life
  • One of the best ways to avoid stress is to have positive out look to life. Try to see positive side of life. 
  • One of the common reasons for stress is the negative self-image. Some are worried about the extra fat while the others are concern about their looks. The simple formula for stress free life is- change what you can and accept what you can’t change.
  • To have stress free life it is equally necessary to take care of your body. Eat healthy and exercise regularly so that you feel good about yourself.
  • Brooding over the problem will not solve it. If there is a problem then try to find solution for it. If you are not able to deal with issue then take help of someone you can rely on. It can be a friend, a close relative or a counsellor.
  • Getting enough sleep is equally important for stress free life. If you don’t get enough sleep then you will end up being touchy and snappy. Fix time to go to bed and wake up, while making sure that you get at least eight hours of sound sleep.
  • Don’t delay your work and wait for the last opportunity. Finish the work as and when it comes, if you don’t have any problem or task in back of mind you will definitely feel relaxed.
  • Sometimes stress stems out because your body need break. Take time out to enjoy it can be by watching a movie or simply by engaging in your hobbies.
  • Physical exercise is a great way to relieve stress. It has positive effect on stress and can also calm body and relax mind.
