- Try a simple exercise, like walking, for 20 minutes daily. It will prevent heartburns
- To keep your energy level up, have little snack throughout the day, but do not consume empty calories. Ask your doctor about the right nutritious food for you at this stage
- Keep yourself hydrated
- Keep taking prenatal vitamins
