Blend all the ingredients well in the blender until it turns into a smooth paste. Then, grease the muffin moulds with slight amount of oil and pour the batter proportionately into 12 of them. Bake it at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Serve hot muffins with chocolate sauce and a cup of cappuccino!
