- If you can’t do much about any of this, you might want to consider a job change where your health will not be compromised.
If you suffer from congestion, use nasal sprays and if you have watery eyes, eye drops can come to your rescue. These make sure you are proactive about your treatment. Do not think that you need medication only when you start feeling the trouble lurking somewhere. You must start taking them right at the beginning of the season before it becomes unmanageable.
