How to make jeera water and when to drink it? 

Take one full spoon or two of jeera and put it in 2 cups of water in a pan. Heat the water and wait for it to boil. Once it starts boiling, switch off the stove and strain the water. Your jeera water is ready to sip slowly with pleasure. It will soothe your throat as well as add on to health benefits. According to Nutritionist Shivani, "On an average, a normal human being can have two glasses of jeera water. For weight loss, one glass early morning in an empty stomach and the other one after dinner. People having a lot of gas problem then they can have jeera water for the whole day." She added saying, "In diabetes, excess jeera water can lower the sugar levels. Researches are going on to more about this. Excess of anything can give a negative impact, especially for the diabetic patients. It has to be taken in moderation, otherwise, there are no as such side effects of jeera water".
