Try get off the bus a few stops before your final destination (works if you’ve timed your travel) and go for a walk post lunch with your colleagues. You can also include a simple cardio activity (no treadmill!), ie.,  taking the stairs instead of standing using the escalator or lift. 

Cut Down on your Meal Portions

We are not asking you to starve, but only make sure that the portion of food on your plate is not an overwhelming amount. By reducing the quantity of food you will consume fewer calories, and increase your chances of losing weight. If you think you are eating less and are not satisfied then you can have six small meals throughout the day, this way you will help control your appetite and that in turn could help you to control your weight. The bright side is that you will not be craving for junk food, which people with empty stomachs usually do.


Quit Drinking Soda

For some sipping cola flavoured soda to wash down the incredible meal  is the only way to end a meal, but that is also a way of adding body flab. Replacing soda with water can help in reducing your weight to a great extent. You must know that a 12 ounce can of coca-cola contains 140 calories and 39 grams of sugar, which is 13 per cent of the recommended daily dose. And, so is the truth with other such carbonated drinks that contain sugar. Hence, you can now understand how much of these refreshing drinks contribute to your weight gain; quitting can certainly be of great help.

Did you know that having fun could also help you to lose weight? Yes, this is by far the most interesting ways,.  Dance, swim, cycle or play a sport you like, and the result will be miraculous!
