Carbohydrates are the major source of sugar and glucose in the body. Avoid eating them and replace them with healthy food such as salads and fish dishes. It’s not necessary to altogether stop eating them. Instead decrease the quantity of carbohydrates in the food items.

Eat Cinnamon


Cinnamon possesses a miraculous property of lowering the blood sugar level. Cinnamon slows down the digestion process, thus reducing the production of sugar. You can take cinnamon in any form, either as powder or as whole Both give the same effect.

Avoid fast food


Fast food contains extremely high amount of sugar. These foods undergo very rapid digestion and increase the blood sugar level very quickly.

High blood sugar level is the primary reason for many serious health ailments. Blood sugar levels can be easily maintained by following the advice given above. You can easily include these in your busy daily routine.
