Not being sick doesn’t mean that you are healthy. It is all about balancing the act!

Key Ingredients:  ½ teaspoon of cumin powder, 500 grams of mutton (boneless), salt as per taste, pinch of black pepper powder, 2 teaspoons of soya sauce, ¼ cup of green onions, ½ teaspoon of pepper balls, 1/3 teaspoon of ginger (grated), ¼ teaspoon of scallion

Chop the mutton pieces into desirable shapes and sizes and marinate them for 30 minutes in scallion, salt, pepper, ginger, pepper balls, soya sauce. Add water to it. Arrange for skewrs. String the delicate mutton pieces on it and roast it on an open flame until it turns red and ready-to-eat. Sprinkle cumin on it and serve it with style!

Nutri-check: Mutton can provide high levels of zinc and iron besides offering high-protein content. A perfect thing for boosting up your energy-level this winter!
