Healthy Recipes: Shake it Up

Feeling dehydrated due to an unmonitored and a reduce intake of water? This is the perfect solution to shake-off the dull feeling and the flaky skin this winter.

 

Key Ingredients: Few ice cubes, 1 cup of skimmed milk, 1 large banana (peeled and sliced), 1 cup of frozen peaches, ½ cup of home-made cottage-cheese

 

To begin with, wrap the banana in a sliver-foil sheet & deep-freeze it over night. Blend well the chilled banana, the following morning, with cottage-cheese, ice and peaches. Serve it in stout glasses! To make it more fun, garnish it with chopped strawberries

 

Nutri-check: Cottage cheese is extremely low in carbohydrates and rich in proteins!
