 Juice it Up Go easy this New Years’ Eve and resolve to cut down on calories! It’s indeed time for Santa to lose some weight too!

 

Key Ingredients:  fresh fruit juices of at least 5 different kinds. Mash a few pineapple slices in it as well

 

Do not exclude the pulp from the juice. Pour it in a large bowl and add 2 teaspoons of lime extract to it. Freeze it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Serve it in tall coloured glasses and roll baby roll!

 

Nutri-check: Fruits provide anti-oxidants to the skin and can actually smoothen down the strong effects of alcohol in your stomach!
