Key Ingredients: 1 egg (beaten), ½ cup o all-purpose-flour, salt as per taste, 1 bread slice (broken into bread crumbs), 1 cup of refined oil, 4 cheese slices

 

Cut the cheese slices into desirable shapes. Then, roll the cheese pieces in beaten egg and then flour and fry. Serve it with mustard sauce or mayonnaise!
