Rolls can be the easiest things to make and can be impressively tasty. So, ready for a spicy and an inviting chicken roll?

Key Ingredients: 1-cup wheat flour, salt as per taste, 2 eggs (beaten)

Fillers: 2 peeled and chopped onions; finely chopped parsley, mint, coriander and basil leaves in equal quantities; 100-15- gram boiled and shredded chicken; 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, salt as per taste; 2 teaspoon refined oil; 1/2 teaspoon assorted spices (pepper, cumin, bishop's weed)

Knead the flour and salt into dough, adding some water to it.

Sauté the ginger-garlic paste along with chopped onions and 1-teaspoon oil. The fibrous quality of the ginger adds more heat to the curry. The chicken shreds, spices, and the chopped herbs, along with a pinch of salt, should be added to it. Stir well and cook for a minute or two.

Next, make a thin roti out of the previously made dough and fry it with eggs in the pan. Add the filler to it. Gently roll the roti. Voila! It is ready.

Nutri-check: Roti being the staple Indian diet adds roughage to your digestive system. Eggs have vitamin A and iron and calcium. Moreover, did you know the protein of cooked eggs is twice as absorbable by the body than raw eggs? And chicken is rich in proteins.
