Knead the flour and salt into dough, adding some water to it.
Sauté the ginger-garlic paste along with chopped onions and 1-teaspoon oil. The fibrous quality of the ginger adds more heat to the curry. The chicken shreds, spices, and the chopped herbs, along with a pinch of salt, should be added to it. Stir well and cook for a minute or two.
Next, make a thin roti out of the previously made dough and fry it with eggs in the pan. Add the filler to it. Gently roll the roti. Voila! It is ready.
