#2 If you have muscle soreness- If you are having muscular pain or soreness, skipping exercising is the best or else it might irritate the already struggling muscles. This can cause serious health issues. You shouldn't exercise if you have body aches.

#3 If you are feeling fatigued- If you are feeling tired and lethargic for a long time, avoid extensive exercising. You can do light exercises that would help in energising the body. Heavy exercises can affect your body clock and energy levels.
