Himanshu Kapoor, food expert shows how to make a yoghurt smoothie, which is healthy breakfast option, you need dried figs washed well and soaked in plain simple water for an hour. You also need a handful of soaked raisins to sweeten the smoothie, two spoons of normal yoghurt (curd) and a glass of water. The seeds of the soaked figs will make your smoothie crunchy and pulpy. To make a glass of healthy smothie, put three figs, a tablespoon of raisins in the mixer, add yoghurt and full glass of water. Blend the mixture for 30 seconds and pour it in a serving glass. You can garnish the top of the smoothie with small pieces of strawberry and kiwi and yoghurt smoothie is ready to serve.
