Start with sukshma vyayam by blinking the eyes slowly. Fasten the blinking gradually. After a while, close your eyes and relax. Gently open the eyes. Repeat the yoga thrice. Ensure that you have blinked at least 50-60 times. This yoga lubricates the eyes and cleanses them. Besides, blinking eyes yoga has been known to make the eyes healthier and develop better vision. It makes the eyes moist and enables the water to drain the foreign debris out.
