Enclose the fist my closing the thumb inside. The fists of each hand must face each other and be placed parallel to the navel. Inhale and come forward while you exhale. Place the forehead on the floor. Look above and breathe normally. Exhale while moving the forehead back to the floor. Exhale while coming down and come back to the normal position. Practising the yoga helps activate the pancreas, improve digestion, and maintain body weight.
