A silent killer, increasing weight is can be linked to several other health problems.  According to a report by the World Health Organization, every 2.8 million people die due to obesity and weight-related problems. Obesity not only affects the lifestyle of the person but also causes fatal diseases like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer. Being overweight and obesity affects the body as well as the brain. The biggest cause of obesity is sedentary lifestyle, excessive intake of fat and sugar-rich foods. People who do not exercise and have a lack of fruits or vegetables in their diet are more likely to be obese. Apart from this, stressful lifestyle can also be a major cause of obesity.
