The person’s appetite also varies. It may either increase or decrease, resulting in change in his body weight. The person suffers from sleep disturbances. He may sleep less (insomnia) or sleep a lot (hypersomnia). Sometimes the person sleeps for adequate number of hours, but does not feel fresh when awake. Sometimes the person gets awake in the middle of the night and then find difficult to sleep again. In other situation person finds hard to initiate sleep. He keeps worrying about various things while lying on bed.
