Ustra Naman Asana is a beneficial yoga pose for kids. The asana can be performed by kneeling down on a mat. Lower your body down on to the ground such that you sit between the bent legs. Then slowly move backwards and rest your back on the ground. Using your arms push your shoulders toward the torso, causing bend in the spine till your head touches the ground. Now raise your hands right above your face and join them in to a namaskar pose.
