Paschimottanasana Yoga Pose is a wonderful yoga pose for kids. To begin with, sit straight on a mat and legs stretched outwards. Slowly move your hands up as you inhale. Now, bend forward keeping your head up and hold your toes and resting the elbows on the ground for support. Remain in this position for few seconds and then move back slowly to the normal sitting position. This yoga pose helps in digestion and tones up the abdominal muscles.
