3# Garlic: It is good for heart health. Men with proper intake of garlic shows less cholesterol

4# Eggs: If you are worried with your hairfall, then one should add eggs in your diet. Eggs is the power source of protein, which is essential for hair growth. The egg yolk is a rich source of iron too. 

5# Pomegranate Juice: It reduces the level of high cholesterol and high blood pressure because it contain vitamins , antioxidants  and minerals.
