This pose works wonder to reduce post pregnancy weight. Cat and camel is an excellent pose to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles. Put your hands and knees on the floor such that your arms are under your shoulder. Now bend your neck down and bring your abdominal in and hold it for at least 10 seconds.
