3. Cinnamon- The third home remedy for body pain is cinnamon which is an amazing spice to combat pain and inflammation. Make paste of cinnamon powder with honey and apply it on the affected area. Gently rub it to generate heat that would soothe pain and inflammation. You would find relieved within 15-20 minutes of doing this technique.
