  • Lemon: Citrus fruits such as lemons, oranges, etc., contain an acid that helps prevent bacteria from growing in the mouth. For this, mix a little salt in 1 teaspoon lemon or orange juice.   • Apple cider vinegar: Apple cider vinegar acts as an antiseptic that prevents the bacteria present in the mouth from growing. Besides, it relieves the foul odour of the mouth. For this, drink one spoon of vinegar before eating.
  • Cloves: Cloves have properties that quickly relieve you of foul odour. For this, roast the cloves lightly and suck or chew them.
  • Mulethi: Chewing liquorice daily also gets rid of the problem of foul odour.
