Sprinkle some chili flakes in it, crushed black pepper, add salt to taste and then finally mix it well. Coat the stuffed chicken breast with it. Preheat the oven and bake the chicken on 200 o C for 8 minutes. Do not overcook, the chicken should be tender and not lose the juice. Over cooking chicken might just make the chicken dry. If you think the chicken alone will not be a very great platter, you can have a dip. Yes, you can make your own sauce or dip on your own. Grate the potatoes, add 2 to 3 spoons of cream, and add butter, mix it all well. Take a wide pan and sauté this potato mixture for 2 to 3 minutes.
