Wrist extension is one of the easiest flexibility exercises for arm and wrist movement. Follow these instruction: Hold a round bar by placing hands over the bar. With a firm grip, move both wrists simultaneously so that knuckles of each hand point towards your face. Thereafter, slowly take the motion back to the initial position. As an alternative, you can also do the exercise with thumb grip, wherein thumb locks all other fingers. Rest of the exercise steps remain the same.
