To do the intermediate Bosu sit, place a bosu on a flat surface, sit on the bosu, lean back, lift one leg half up and place the hands atop the knees clutched to each other. Once you have learnt to balance the body well, lift both the legs half up and balance for as long as you can. Balancing for 30 seconds to 1 minute is the ideal time required to give you the perfect abdomen that you desire. Doing this exercise will help you utilise the core abdominal muscle to its optimum.
