Banana and Avocado Foot Mask: Avocado contains vitamin A, E and omega fatty acids as well as can heal the injury. At the same time, banana works as a moisturizer. You need one peeled banana - half avocado.

How to use?

  • Blend the sprinkled bananas and avocado
  • Apply this paste on your feet and ankles.
  • Leave it on for at least 15 to 20 minutes and then wash the feet with lukewarm water.
  • Use it daily.
