Some of the food sources that one must exclude from daily consumption include those that are high in cholesterol and Trans fats. Some of the sources of trans fats include bakery products, deep-fried fast foods, margarines, packaged snack foods and crackers. Avoid cooking food in animal oil instead use olive or vegetable oil, which are a healthier alternative to animal oil.
