4# Soup: This might food option makes us feel that our stomach is full for a long time. However avoid oily and creamy soup. Vegetables especially rich in fibre, keeping the digestive system strong. Hence, consume tomato, Carrot, Masoor dal, palak and cucumber soup for maximum weight loss. 

5# Paneer: Paneer is enriched with proteins, which helps to reduce weight and also increase those hormones that tend to reduce hunger.
