Now, add spices like salt, javitri powder, clove, peppercorns and cardamom powder in the chicken mixture. Mix all the ingredients together. Now keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes. Now, take chana dal and boil it, make a paste out of the chana dal. Add this chana dal paste to the chicken mixture. Now again, mix all the ingredients well, keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Take out after ten minutes and add ghee in it. Make small balls and bake the balls. Your chicken galouti kebabs are ready, serve them with chutney.
