Incline Dumbbell press is an excellent exercise for toning the chest. To begin, lie down on an inclined bench with dumbbells in both the hands atop your thighs. Make sure that palms of your hands face each other. Now push the dumbbells up with the help of your thighs, lifting the dumbbells one at a time to the shoulder width. Rotate the wrists forward in order to move the palms away from you. Try to keep the full control on the dumbbells while to lift them. While you breathe out push the dumbbells up with your chest. Hold this for a second and then start lowering the dumbbells. Repeat this for prescribed number of repetitions. Watch this video!
