Jason Mccready, master trainer ,gives steps to doing the bicep curl advanced exercise for which you need to do leg curl with it. Muscles of alternate upper arm and upper leg will work together. To start the exercise, stand straight, grasp weight by both hands and fold your right arm to bring it parallel to your shoulder. While doing so, lift your left leg backward. Repeat the same movements with your left arm and right leg. Do it slowly and repeat 15 times. Be reasonable with the weight you carry or heavier weight may arch your back.
