Sit on the machine and hold the handles. Now pulls the handles near to your chest keeping your elbows close to your body. Always keep your shoulders relaxed while performing the exercise. During exercise, always sit in a straight position. Breathe in while pulling the handles and breathe out while going back to the normal position.
