Food expert Himanshu Kapoor teaches you to prepare sprout millet dalia. Take broken, sundried and sprouted millets in a pan and dry roast the grains till the colour changes to brown. Dry roast the grains properly or else your dalia will become starchy. Put 3-4 spoons of ghee in a heated pan as dalia needs a good amount of ghee for proper frying. Add some cumin seeds into the ghee. Add green chillies and turmeric powder to it. Now add sliced carrots and spinach, chopped beans and green peas to the ghee. Stir them properly. Mix the roasted dalia with the vegetables. Add water to it and let it simmer for at least 40 minutes. Your dalia is now ready to serve.
