Parivrtta trikonasana is also known as revolved triangle pose. Stay in the same posture for about 30 seconds; now repeat the same, twisting to the left. Parivrtta trikonasana is a very simple and easy yogasana and can be done on any time of the day. However, you must not try this pose if you have migraine, low blood pressure, headache, diarrhea and insomnia and also avoid doing it if you have a back or spine injury, it can aggravate the condition.
