What is a bear walk?

Bear walk is basically an animal movement where you walk on all your four limbs like a bear. Yes, it sounds fun and it is fun. In bear walk, you will be facing ground while you walk on your toes and hands. Yes, wear a good pair of gloves and socks and this walk can prove to be miraculous for you.


This workout can work on your triceps, pectorals and deltoids. But it is not as easy as it seems, you keep your hands and legs completely stretch and straight and walk few steps forward and then backwards. Of course, when you start you will find it extremely uncomfortable and rigorous but once you get used to it, you can add variations.
