Push up is a classic body weight workout that excels in broadening the chest muscles. Pushups are often used in situations where equipment is not available. Begin with a prone position on the floor with your hands placed just beside the shoulders and palms flat against the floor. Anchor your lower body to the floor with the help of your toes.
