The Plank is a very good workout for your abs. This exercise tests your endurance and tones your abdomen at the same time. It is a great one for building strength in your core muscles, i.e. the back and abdominal muscles. Prop your body on the elbows and toes as shown in the video. Be careful about getting right your body positioning as this exercise is all about staying in the right position for having the most impact on the abdomen. In the video, the trained guy was able to perfrom the exercise for 30 seconds. You can keep that as your goal if unable to reach it immediately.
