Cauliflower is a rich source of Vitamin K and Vitamin C, folate and fiber, fiber, potassium, phosphorus and B vitamins. It also contains phytonutrients sulforaphane and isothiocyanates, which have significant anti-cancer effects. They help remove toxins from the body, including cancer causing compounds.
