Tips to Lose Weight without Diet and Exercise

Take the Stairs

You don’t have to buy a new pair of jogging shoes or get enrolled at the local gym to lose that extra fat. All you have to do is just follow your daily routine normally with only one thing in mind. Always take the stairs whenever you have it as an option. Image Courtesy: Getty

Drink Plenty of Water

Drinking plenty of water supports your metabolism and helps your burn fat faster. Drinking a glass of water few minutes before the meal will save you from overeating and thus, improve your digestion. You will eventually find yourself losing some weight without any dieting. Image Courtesy: Getty

Get a Smaller Plate

Reducing the size of your plate can help you eat less reducing the daily calories intake. It will eventually lead to your body using the stored fat for the extra calories and help you lose some weight. Moreover, it will also reduce the risk of overeating and thus, gaining more weight. Monitor

Never Skip Your Breakfast

Sleep Well
