Spices from your kitchen for a blemish-free skin

I heard someone saying that your complexion is improved in winters but I defer because winters are the time when you lose your entire glow. Why? Most people tend to soak sun in winters and that is the biggest reason why one loses its natural radiance. Too much sun causes pigmentation. However, if you are looking for a solution for the lost glow, it’s in your kitchen cabinet. Yes, the spices in your kitchen can help you have a glowing skin. Know how!

Turmeric

We all are very well aware about the qualities of turmeric. It can give you a flawless skin along with a bright complexion. Mix turmeric with some honey, make a paste and apply this paste for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water. It will not only exfoliate your skin but will also give you flawless radiance. There is one more face pack that you can make with turmeric. Mix little sandalwood powder and rose water in turmeric, apply for about ten minutes and wash off with warm water to get a rejuvenated and clear skin.

For a clear complexion, fenugreek or methi can be an ideal option. Take fistful of fenugreek seeds and soak them in water overnight. Next morning, boil these seeds in milk. Boil the mixture until it gets thick. Let it cool. Apply this face pack for about half an hour and then wash off with cold water. This paste will brighten your complexion along with treating the blemishes.
