Amla

Amla has been believed to have amazing hair care abilities. Trying to avoid gray hair? You can add amla to your diet. Take few amla and cut then into pieces. Boil these pieces in coconut oil for some time until they turn black. Apply this paste on your hair to prevent premature graying of hair naturally at home.

Curry Leaves

Curry leaves have a natural pigment that helps in retaining the natural colour of your hair. Boil few leave of curry leaves in coconut oil till the colour of the leaves turn black. Mix it with buttermilk and apply on your scalp to prevent your hair from becoming white.

Quit Smoking

The major reason for growth of gray hair prematurely is that the body starts to age prematurely. Smoking, one of the bad lifestyle choices adopted by people, leads the body to age before time.
