Garlic

Garlic is one of the best options to get rid of the gas problems. The pungent and healing qualities of ginger help in reducing the gastric fire. Take some grinded garlic cloves and boil them in water. Add some cumin seeds and pepper in it. Strain the boiled solution and let it cool down at room temperature. Ginger

Ginger is considered as the best medicine for treating indigestion. It has been used to cure gastric problems from ancient times. Chewing fresh garlic piece after meal on a regular basis can help to prevent gas and indigestion problems. Black Pepper

Another effective remedy for treating acidity and indigestion which cause burps, is black pepper. It has properties that increase the hydrochloric acid release in the stomach. Prepare a mixture using black pepper, ginger powder, coriander seeds and dried mint leaves and have a teaspoon of the mixture twice a day. It can be taken with butter milk as well. Lemon and Baking Soda

Take some fresh lemon juice and put some baking soda in it. The addition of soda in lime water will start the formation of bubbles.
