    This pose helps you keep your lips firm. Hold your brow smoothly and blow kisses at least 4 times and then press your lips by your first two fingers. Do it again for at least 3-4 times.

    Surprise Face

    If you have a wrinkled brow, widen your eyes just like in surprise and concentrate at a point for 5-10 seconds. Repeat this 4 times.

    Puppet Face

    To get rid of the lines between your nose and lips, smile and press the crease formed between your lips and nose. Keep pressing the lifted area for at least 20-30 times.

    Smiling Fish Face

    If you wish to add firmness to your cheeks and lips, squeeze in both the sides of your cheeks inwards and hold it for some time. Repeat this 5 times.

    Baby Bird

    To prevent your chin and neck from sagging, hold your head towards the sky and smile. Hold your head in this position for at least 5-10 seconds and repeat this 4 times.

    Buddha Face

    Leave your eyes closed and stay expression less for few moments. This will leave your face unlined for some time and help you get rid of wrinkles.

    Inflated Cheeks

    To have wrinkle free cheeks, inflate your them with air and hold it for 5-10 seconds. Repeat this at least 4 times.

    Jaw Toner

    Pinch your jawline while moving towards your ears. Place your thumb below the jawline and drag jaws away from each other. Repeat this at least 3 times.

    Make a V Sign

    Make a squint with your eye balls and place two fingers on the edges of your eyes. Hold this position for a while and then shut your eyes and relax.

    Make a C Sign

    Cover both your eyes with your hands making a C shape. Open your eyes wide and relax your forehead. Hold for 10 seconds and do it again at least 3 times.
