Are you struggling with a churning stomach? It could be because of something you ate or drank. Foods contaminated with viruses, bacteria or parasites can give you stomach trouble. If you are eating too many grapes, it can cause nausea and diarrhea. The fruit is high in fructose, a natural sugar that often causes gas. Moreover, a lot of tannins in grapes can upset your stomach.
