Minimises heat rashes

If you’re struggling with heat rashes and acne problems, bitter gourd is the thing that can provide you the excellent solution. It can also treat your sun burnt skin. All you have to do is take 2 bitter gourds. Cut them and deseed them. Boil them in a saucepan, let them simmer for about 15 minutes. Let the liquid cool down. Use it as a facemask

Did you know this vegetable can be used as a great face cleanser? Take peels of a few oranges and dry them in sun for a couple of days. Now mix these peels along with 2 deseeded bitter gourds and blend them in a blender. Apply the paste on all over face and neck and let it dry. Later, wash it off with cold water. Alternatively, for glowing skin, you can use bitter gourd with cucumber. All you have to do is prepare a paste using 1 bitter gourd and 1 cucumber and apply it on your face as well on the neck.
